This book is about a boy named Brian. He is working at his dream job as the batboy for the Detroit Tigers. When his all-time favorite player, Hank Bishop joins the Tigers, it gets even better. But Hank is not as nice as he seems. He falls into a huge slump, and Brian offers to help him, despite the mean things that Hank says to him. Will Hank finally get out of the slump thanks to the batboy? You will have to read to find out.
